Women’s Day 2025 – Meet Naomi Dreifuss

Who am I?
Naomi Dreifuss, founder and CEO of Zugit, an AI-based platform that provides insights and tools for managing partnerships and increasing revenue through sales channels. Beyond that, she is 32 years old, a mother of 5, that immigrated to Israel from London.

Zugit provides a solution for senior executives such as CFO, CEO, and CRO and teams that manage partners. The platform enables decision-makers to get a complete picture of partners’ contribution to company growth, streamline processes, and increase revenue in sales channels. Through data-driven insights and artificial intelligence, Zugit helps understand which partners drive the business forward, which lost opportunities can be saved, and how to maximize the potential of each partnership – instead of managing partners based on gut feelings or assumptions. For partnership managers, Zugit offers practical tools for managing and improving partner performance, while providing easy access to data, identifying bottlenecks, and strengthening strategic collaborations.

The challenge in maximizing potential.

As a salesperson at Sisense, one of the leading companies in the BI world, Naomi worked with large clients on their data projects. At the same time, she managed work with partners to expand the sales market – and there she encountered the familiar challenges that every salesperson and partnership manager knows. “I saw firsthand how difficult it is to maximize the potential of partners without accurate and available information. This led me to look for smarter ways to use data – not just to understand who the best partners are, but also how to leverage the entire ecosystem to increase revenue,” Naomi says.

If you want it – you can do it.

A special woman who may be less known in the data world and is inspiring is Miri Arantel – a visionary and giving person, who turned her personal pain into a life mission and helped thousands of children with cancer and their families, through the “Zichron Menachem” organization Naomi served in national service at Zichron Menachem where she learned how to be there for people in their most difficult moments, how to raise significant resources for an important cause, and how to see things in the right perspective.

The quote she says most often during the day

“If you want it – you can do it,” most commonly attributed to David Ben-Gurion.

What’s the connection to the data and high-tech world?

Naomi lives the world of data and distribution from the inside. As an Enterprise AE at Sisense, she transformed raw data into business insights for leading companies. With experience in selling SaaS at Graduway and Intelligo, where she managed deals with financial giants and educational institutions, she cracked how to distribute smart technology and maximize value through partners. She doesn’t just talk about data—she uses it to build real growth engines.

Demand the place you deserve. To the aspiring entrepreneur, she recommends not waiting for anything or anyone. The best time to start was yesterday. “Don’t try to adapt yourself to the environment – your values and your commitment to your goal are your best friends. Don’t postpone family or marriage to fit the norm. Fulfill yourself no matter what others think. Don’t be afraid to talk to people smarter than you, be afraid of talking to those who aren’t. Good connections with people who challenge you open doors, but more than that – they accelerate your path forward. Don’t rush to leave or give up on your progress. If you’re about to give birth or get married, it doesn’t mean you need to resign or take a step down in your role!”

“More women need to aspire to enter key positions and stay there. Be brave, demand the place you deserve, and keep moving forward!”
