After Several Unicorns and Exits, It’s Time to Innovate Outdated Processes
In the past, Jasmine has led startups to great successes. Some became unicorns, some were sold.,Through these experiences, she was exposed to the power of data-driven decision-making. When she entered the retail world, she saw outdated processes and asked herself how AI could change the game. This is how Belle was born, out of a genuine need to bring smart innovation to the field.
She says she is drawn to AI because it transforms data into accurate insights, minimizes uncertainty, and empowers the decision-making process. “It’s exciting to see how small companies can operate like large corporations thanks to the right tools, and I believe this is just the beginning of what this technology can do.”

Her source of inspiration is Sheryl Sandberg, former COO of Facebook and author of “Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead”. She became a role model not just in the tech world but also in empowering women and pushing them into leadership roles in systems previously dominated by men. Sheryl believes women should take initiative and aim to reach the top, instead of waiting for opportunities to come to them.
Her approach emphasizes that women shouldn’t ask for permission – they should seize opportunities and lead change. “If you’re offered a seat on a rocket ship, don’t ask what seat. Just get on” is a quote she connects with.
Think Big, Build Networks, Be Flexible
We asked her about entrepreneurship tips, and she said – I wish every female entrepreneur would dare to think big and not wait for the “perfect momentum” – it doesn’t exist. The most important thing I’ve learned is to build a good network, be flexible and able to adapt to changes, and constantly learn from the market. Success doesn’t come from invention alone, but from the ability to make it happen on the ground, with the right customers, the right strategy, and the ability to quickly respond to opportunities and changes.
Practical Tools for Life
Jasmine says that to encourage women in key roles, actions are needed, not slogans. Mentoring from experienced women strengthens, gives confidence, and reduces feelings of isolation. It’s also important to make capital accessible – too many investments bypass female entrepreneurs, and dedicated funds can change this. Presenting strong female role models is essential, but beyond that, practical tools must be provided for balancing career and life, alongside a supportive community that provides exposure and real resources for growth.
